Snap it on. Stop the denials.
AuthAI is a Chrome extension that snaps onto the EHR you already chart in. It reads the note you're writing, compares it with the payer's prior auth policy for what you're ordering, and shows you what's missing before you submit.
Snap-on, not switch-over
Your EHR stays. The denials don't.
How it works
Three steps. You already know two of them.
Snap it onto your EHR
Install the extension once. Open any chart and AuthAI snaps onto the side of the page, reading the patient, payer, and order already on screen.
Write the way you always do
As you type, AuthAI checks the note against this payer and this procedure. What would get denied is underlined in red. What could be stronger is underlined in orange.
Fix it with one click
Every suggestion says why in plain English and cites the policy it came from. Accept it, edit it, or ignore it. Nothing changes unless you say so.
The practice view
Every prior auth, checked before it leaves.
Your billing lead sees every request the extension checked this week: what's ready, what still has gaps, and which denials came back for an appeal.

What it catches
The reasons notes get denied.
What the policy requires
Therapy durations, failed medications, imaging timelines your note doesn't state yet.
"8 weeks of PT, Mar 2 – Apr 27"
Vague wording
Symptoms where reviewers want objective findings, and the specific findings to add.
"+SLR at 40°, ↓ ankle reflex"
Bad code pairs
Deleted, unbillable, or mismatched ICD-10 and CPT combinations.
M54.16 lumbar radiculopathy
This payer, not a generic one
The same MRI has different rules at different payers. AuthAI checks the payer on the chart.
Proof you already have
Evidence from visits you've opened, such as PT notes, prior meds, and old imaging.
Naproxen Rx 2/14 ✓
When it's denied anyway
A draft appeal letter that quotes the payer's own policy back to them.
Before and after
Same visit. Different outcome.

Exam: Pain radiates down the left leg.

Questions
What doctors ask first.
Do I need to switch EHRs or set up an integration?
No. AuthAI is a Chrome extension that snaps onto the EHR you already open in your browser, the way spellcheck works on top of email.
Which EHRs does it work with?
EHRs you use in Chrome. If yours is a desktop program that doesn't run in a browser, it isn't supported yet.
Does it submit the prior auth for me?
No. It gets the note ready and drafts appeals. You submit the way you do today, with a note that already meets the payer's criteria.
How do I know a suggestion is right?
Every flag shows the policy it came from so you can check it yourself. AuthAI suggests; you decide.
Which payers and procedures are covered?
We're starting with orthopedics, beginning with spine imaging across Medicare and major commercial payers. Tell us what your practice orders most and we'll prioritize it.
What does it cost?
It's free during early access. We'll talk pricing with you before anything changes.
